The Costa Tropical

Situated on the southern coast of Spain and part of the Granda province, the Costa Tropical is an unspoilt coastline full of coves and beaches stretching up to 2km in length.

Its landscape is contoured by the trailing mountains of the Sierra Nevada which not only give it breathtaking views and scenery but also protect the area from winter frosts making it a perfect summer or winter resort.

We are lucky to have two homes here, our villa in La Herradura and our apartment in Almunecar. Both our homes are in fantastic locations with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding coastline.

They are both beautifully furnished to a high standard and well equipped to make you will feel that you are in a home away from home.

Lastly we are very proud of the amount of care that we take to ensure that your holiday is as perfect as possible and can assure you that you will be delighted that you chose one of our homes for your holiday.

La Herradura, ....

This beautifully furnished 3 bedroomed villa is located in the exclusive development of Carmenes Del Mar and has breathtaking views of La Herradura town and its horseshoe bay.

Comparable with the Almafi coast, you will feel that you have discovered paradise in Spain.

Carmenes Del Mar extends along the hillside of the Cerro Gordo, looking out over the horseshoe bay of La Herradura. Set into the hillside, this exclusive development is edged by natural parkland, where mountain goats still roam freely. Dusty, dirty tracks mark out secret routes through the trees that take you to stolen views and places of seclusion. At the foot of the hillside lies the hidden cove of Calaiza, an enchanting, undiscovered beach where you may find yourself quite alone.

Cotobro....

This beautiful penthouse flat is situated on the outskirts of Almunecar and has just undergone a complete refurbishment. It is in one of the most popular buildings along the exclusive Cotobro road renowned for its peaceful location and stunning seaviews.
