Prices are per week in uk pounds for the whole apartment, (not per person). One week means 7 nights, for part weeks divide the price by 7 and multiply by the number of nights you wish to stay.

The rental period is from 4:00pm on day of arrival until 09:45 am on day of departure.

Prices include bed linen, bath towels, utility bills and final clean

30% Deposit required to secure booking
70% Balance due six weeks before departure.
£150 Refundable security deposit required.

Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Discounts:

5 % on bookings over 15 nights.
10% on bookings over 4 weeks.
20% on bookings over 6 weeks.
30% on bookings over 8 weeks.
