Prices are per week in uk pounds for the whole villa, (not per person). One week means 7 nights, for part weeks divide the price by 7 and multiply by the number of nights you wish to stay.

The rental period is from 4:00pm on day of arrival until 09:45 am on day of departure.

Prices include bed linen, bath towels, utility bills and final clean.

30% Deposit required to secure booking
70% Balance due six weeks before departure.
£150 Refundable security deposit required.

Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Discounts :

5 % discount for bookings over 2 weeks (ie 15 days plus).
10% discount on bookings 4 weeks plus.
15% discount on bookings 6 weeks plus.

Christmas fortnight £450 per week.
